I wanted to take a few minutes today to write my own Bugaboo Cameleon review and share with you my thoughts on this stroller. We have owned it for about eight months now, so we have had plenty of time to really test it out. We got the Bugaboo when my son was about three weeks old, and now he’s about nine months old. Altogether, I really love it, and I wanted to tell you why this stroller is worth every dime.
With An Infant
When my son was a newborn, I was like most new parents. I wanted to see my son all the time and basically wrap him up in a cocoon and keep him safe and secure. In my Bugaboo Cameleon reviews, I wanted to take a few minutes to explain why this stroller is so great for infants. It comes with a bassinet as well as a bassinet apron, so your little one can stretch out and be comfortable yet still be cozy and protected from the world while you are out and about. Plus, it has a huge storage area that is large enough for all of the baby gear you need to bring along with you.
With An Older Baby
I also wanted to talk about how great this stroller is for older babies in my Bugaboo Cameleon review. As my son got too old for the bassinet, we transitioned him into the seat. The seat can face forward or backward, and it can recline, too. In fact, it can recline all the way down flat if you want it to. We started out facing it toward us, as we transitioned him when he was about five months old or so. This made both him and us feel more comfortable, and after a few months we moved him to a forward facing position. We’ve made full use of the recline feature, and it’s come in quite handy at nap times!
My Husband and I
I am five feet tall, right on the nose. My husband is close to six feet tall. We had a hard time finding a stroller that would be comfortable for both of us to push, so I had to mention the height adjusting handlebar of this stroller in my Bugaboo Cameleon review. The handlebar is easy to adjust, so you can do it right there while you are standing in the mall or out on a walk to the park. As a petite woman, I can tell you that I also appreciate the fact that it’s easy to fold up and pretty light, too. I don’t have any trouble managing pushing it around or folding it up and putting it in the car, either.
Not A Unique Experience
I don’t want you to read through my Bugaboo Cameleon review and think that our experiences with it are unique. If nothing else, you will find that our thoughts and opinions about how great this stroller is have been repeated many times over by other parents. In fact, here are some other comments you can find online about it:
“Bugaboo really thought of it all when they made this. I can’t think of a single thing they could do to make the Cameleon better!”
— Hank T.
“I love my Cameleon and plan to use it until my daughter outgrows it!”
— Hillary M.
Do You Want One?
I can’t imagine you’d read through my entire review of the Bugaboo Cameleon and not want one of these for yourself. Some parents buy a cheaper stroller up front but end up paying for it later, going through two, three, or even four strollers before their little one is old enough to walk on his or her own. This stroller is the only one you will need. You can get yours online like I did. I had it shipped right to my home, so it wasn’t a hassle at all.
